ToysintheMail.com will cover the outbound shipping on your order, but any returns will be the responsiblity of the customer including refused deliveries and returns. If a customer does return an order it will be the responsiblity of the customer to pay return shipping charges. If the customer refuses delivery
or the shipment is undeliverable due to an invalid delivery address, the customer will be charged for the return shipping fees and additionally, the normal shipping fees we charge outside of the free shipping promotional period will be deducted from the refunded amount as though Free Shipping did not apply.
Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped by the standard ground shipping methods used by ToysintheMail.com (usually UPS Ground for items over 3 pounds, USPS Priority Mail for items up to 3 pounds, and USPS Parcel Post for items under 1 pound).
Free shipping applies only to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states, and does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, international or APO/FPO and other Military addresses.
This offer can be revoked at any time, and applies only to orders placed during the promotional period.
Example 1:
A customer's order equals $79 before shipping and ToysintheMail.com does not collect shipping charges. Normally, shipping would be $9.95, but with the free shipping promotion, the shipping fees are waived. If the customer returns any items in the order
the $9.95 normal shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded back to the customer.
Example 2:
A customer's order equals $79 before shipping and ToysintheMail.com does not collect shipping charges. Normally, shipping would be $9.95, but with the free shipping promotion, the shipping fees are waived. If the customer refuses delivery on the shipment or the shipment
is undeliverable due to an invalid delivery address and the order is returned back to ToysintheMail.com, the customer will be refunded $79, less $9.95, less the return shipping amount charged to Toysinthemail by the shipping company when delivery was not possible.
