"Well-made, captures the imagination - We haven't had this long, but so far I am impressed with the quality and design. The case is great as a fun place to build the shapes and for keeping the pieces when not in use and also for traveling. We have not used it as a "dry erase" surface yet, but I just learned there are very cool-looking DRY ERASE CRAYONS and that looks like a blast. Save paper! Be green!! This makes me extra glad I purchased this. Eventually I can see drawing in backgrounds around the objects we build. The magnets on the blocks have just the right "strength." They stay put, but are not difficult for little fingers to pick up. It is too soon to see whether the magnets will peel off easily, but I will keep my eye on that and keep super glue handy. So far, so good. My just-turned-2-yr-old has a positive reaction to the toy and makes his own pictures even though he can't quite follow the patterns on the cards yet. But I figured it would be good to get early exposure to get his brain "formatted" and comfortable with these somewhat abstract representations. He can recognize most of the pictures on the cards for what they are and enjoys the toy in many ways though he's not quite using it as intended. I can see this toy getting many years of use as he grows into it. *I* certainly have fun making my own designs, too, since I'm a bit of an artist. My brain loves this kind of thing. :)"

"This is an awesome product!!!! - This is an awesome product! We homeschool our twin 4 year olds and they absolutely LOVE it. Everyday we pick a card and make the shapes. I like this one because it has 50 shape cards to copy. All the others only had a few. It will take a long time before we tire of these shapes. The cards are NOT as big as the shapes. (that was a surprise to me) I would buy this again tomorrow if I needed too!!! I am so glad we purchased this!! I gave it four starts for durability because the cards are "cards" ..... so they can be bent and torn."

"MindWare Imaginets - Bought this as a birthday gift for my 3 year old grandson who build shapes for hrs the first day as we all did. He built shapes following the pictures on the accompanying cards as well as structures of his own design and kept at during his two week visit. The strong magnets keep the tiles in place on the white board. Very well constructed. Can be used as a white board with the appropriate pens."

"Great Learning Toy - I bought this for my almost-3-year old for Christmas and she loves it! She has always been more into toys that have parts that she can either build with or put together. She likes to go through the picture cards that it came with and choose one to build and i love to watch her decide which shape goes next. I would recommend this to anyone who has a busy child that loves to play games and learn."

"a great fun PORTABLE toy! - Our sons (ages 4 and 6) are thrilled with their ability to copy and "make" patterns with the magnets. They love the challenge of the harder ones and the fun of succeeding! Santa did a good job finding this at Christmas!"

"Kids love it. - Bought it for our 3-year old grandson, and he likes it (although he still likes big trucks more). My 9-year old granddaughter likes it also. Nice in a car because of the magnets."

"Concentrated fun - These are colorful blocks, well constructed, that stick to a metal suitcase with their magnet backing. You assemble the blocks into shapes in any old way, or to make a specific picture that you pull from a card. Our 4 year old daughter loves it and has been known to play with it in a happy concentrated fashion for a long time. It's also quite portable. I really recommend this toy for its visual fun and tactile satisfaction. I'm planning on giving it to the next 4 year old's birthday party we go to."
